Fit Matrix – The Fit Matrix is a High Intensity Interval Training Class. The class involves upper body, lower body and core dynamics and utlizies medicine balls, kettle bells, trx suspension trainer, ropes, tires, dumbbells, tires, resistance bands, stability balls, weight bars and much more.
Ab Blaster – Ab Blaster is a 30 Min Core workout. Upper abs, lower abs, obliques, low back and transverse abdominal muscles will get a complete workout.
Zumba Fitness – When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Fitness raises the bar. It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweights to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Fitness is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
Super Stretch – Super Stretch is a 60 Min Class focused on instructing people on the many types of stretches, purpose and proper utilization. Stretching techniques covered are static, dynamic and myofasical release.
